A small scheduling demonstration with three people, two rooms and one projector. Nothing is saved and no real appointment is created.

Model assumptions: one person per appointment, fixed named room throughout, interchangeable staff, a single projector, and one day in one local time zone. Only the projector receives a turnaround buffer. This is not production scheduling software.

What to try
Start with Both rooms occupied. An in-person appointment should be blocked, but switching to an online consultation should leave the third staff member available.
Next, select Free rooms change halfway. There is free room capacity at every instant, but neither named room is free for a full hour. That is a different requirement from merely allowing two bookings at once.
Finally, test Projector turnaround. The earlier booking is over, but the equipment needs preparation time before another customer can use it.
Take these checks into a real trial
The simulator uses one local day and interchangeable staff. It does not implement payments, time-zone changes, external calendars or simultaneous checkout. Those need separate tests in the product you intend to buy.
